Gillian is a fundraising consultant at Orchard Fundraising and has ten years of experience in generating funds through trusts and foundations.

After graduating with a BA (Hons) in English Literature and History, Gillian spent the early part of her career working in further education. This was where she discovered her talent for bid writing and assisted with applications for adult education funding. In 2011, she moved to the third sector and since then has worked for both national and regional charities.

Gillian lives in County Durham and in her free time, likes walking her dogs, reading and spending time with her family.
