Owen is a fundraising and marketing consultant with over 20 years’ experience in education, arts and heritage, health and wellbeing. As a Development Director, Owen raised £15 million in revenue funding and gifts-in-kind, primarily through corporate partnerships and philanthropic giving. In his advisory role, he has devised strategies, mentored teams and worked with trustees on many capital projects.

Owen’s recent clients include Age UK, Art UK, Bath Spa University, Bath Festivals, Bristol City Council, British Council, Hartpury University, Holburne Museum, Southmead Hospital, and the University of Paris.

 

Owen is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and Member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Fundraising, for whom he is an accredited mentor. He is a regular fundraising trainer and workshop facilitator in the UK and overseas for the British Council.

 

In his spare time, Owen runs a tech-based social enterprise for healthy ageing. He also enjoys music, reading, hiking, and developing his yoga practice.
