Victoria has 19 years experience working with and for charities and non-profit organisations across the UK; around community development, heritage, health and wellbeing and conservation and the environment. She has raised over £9m throughout her career for capital and revenue projects, from a range of grant-making bodies and corporate partnerships. 

 

Victoria has developed and managed many capital improvement projects including major building works to conserve historic sites, and to enable organisations to deliver even more to their beneficiaries.

 

She is well-placed to support clients in developing ambitious and fundable projects with productive and sustainable legacies. She recently spent a year advising UK environmental organisations applying for EU infrastructure development funding and has several years experience developing similar projects herself.

 

Alongside Victoria’s fundraising work, she has held senior management and board-level positions at several UK non-profit organisations, responsible for their growth and service improvement. 

 

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys reading, hiking and fashion drawing and designing, and she will shortly be embarking on a new challenge and completing an MBA.
